 Maximum and regular / recurring problems: 

# Part - 2 : Water is not coming from Airotor / Airotor Handpiece / Scalar Handpiece 

2.1  Water is not coming from Airotor

     - Check the booster bottle switch. 

     - Check Air Compressor machine which supplies air to the dental chair

     - Check Airotor Foot Pedal Control Valve 

 2.2 Water is not coming from  Airotor Handpiece

First check  whether water is coming from Airotor pipe or not. If water is coming from airotor Pipe, then follow the following steps: 

- Join the Airotor Handpiece to the Airotor coupling. 

- Do not use the Bur. If already used. Please remove it first. 

- Press the Airotor Foot Pedal

- while running Airotor Handpiece, just try to insert  #20 no. K-file to the small hole of water output point , But do not press or push the k-file hardly to the hole. You need to insert 20 no. K-file very gently. For more clearly, Please watch this video:

2.3 water is not coming from Scalar / scalar handpiece 

 - First Check the tightness of Booster bottle. If not, turn on the booster bottle switch. 

- Turn round the Water control Knob in Anti-clock wise

- Press the Scalar Food pedal. 

- Now, If water comes from Scalar Handpiece, then let it be ok. If water is still not coming from Scalar Handpiece, then do the following steps: 

Part-3 : 

 3.1  Water leakage from Airotor 

        - Solution: Clean WRV- water Retraction Valve                                  

 3.2  Water Leakage from Scalar  

        - Solution : Clean Solenoid Valve at the  Scalar side unit 

3.3  Water Leake from Basin Tap ( Tumbler & Spitt ON)  

          -  Solution: Clean both the Solenoid inside the Basin. 

 # If the water is still coming from Airotor and Scalar after completing the procedure 3.1, and 3.2 , then check the Air-regulator which is connected to supply the air to Booster bottle through Booster bottle Switch. If this Air Regulator is not controlling the air pressure that is coming from compressor, then please replace Air Regulator. 

Part -3: 

 - Air is not coming from Airotor 

- ways  to optimize the air pressure to the Airotor Handpiece to save the cartriage for longer time period. 

- Air is automatically coming from Airotor , however we do not press the airotor foot pedal ( Reason is Airotor Food Pedal Valve is not working. Needs to replace it or its valve  rubber o-ring if available.
